Kapiti Project.
A proposed development (in early concept stages), this is a comprehensive mixed-use master planned town centre development located in Paraparaumu Kapiti.
Set to become the heart of Paraparumu and a place to live, work and play, the development will be seeking a Green Communities accreditation and would be Kapiti's first 15 minute community.
The proposed development concept is to create an exemplar mixed-use town centre through careful planning and place management strategies that will provide certainty of delivery and future proof opportunities for long term sustainable growth through land ownership / management and development strategies. Several key principles guide the concept:
Environmental: The development will be an exemplar “green communities” development; demonstrating innovation in built form, natural landscape and social interaction and responsibility
Social: positive social interaction will be achieved through a variety of town centre land uses and occupation in what will be a fully integrated 15 minute community model, where community can live, work and play in place.
Housing: A range of housing and accommodation types will be delivered with a key focus on delivering a sustainable mixed tenure / blind tenure community
Cultural: The development will ensure the cultural diversity and recognition of mana whenua.
Commercial sustainability: Key to development delivery is commercial feasibility and sustainability.
Taft Street Brooklyn

High Street Quarter (HSQ)
Record breaking townhouse development in the heart of Lower Hutt including rejuvenated laneway and central courtyard area. Completed.
Madras
Boutique townhouse development in Christchurch. 22 Two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes in the heart of Christchurch's Four Avenues. Completed.
Te Puna Wai
A project for Taranaki Whanui Ltd. Stage 1A has been completed enabling 19 whanau to access affordable homes via shared equity/affordable housing programmes and enabling others to invest directly into their whenua. An 11-unit Kaumatua housing unit complex has been developed.
Pipitea Point
32 urban apartments with large floor plans and views of the Wellington Harbour. A commercial refit and refurbishment. 70% NBS, oak flooring, subway tiling for an industrial aesthetic.
